As 2023 begins, much of America has been slammed by below freezing temperatures threatening to break pipes, all the way to blinding blizzards burying homes in snowbanks, and making "I'll Be Home for Christmas" travel close to impossible for a huge number of folks.

John 3:16 proclaims "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life."

In Mark 16:15, Jesus commands us saying: "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

And in Matthew 28:19, Christ tells us: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit".

Discipleship Tape Ministries and Into His Likeness Radio came about organically as a result of individuals who taped Russell's weekly Bible study lessons (in the beginning often on their own handheld cassette recorders) and then shared them with others. Russell, himself, never endeavored to pastor a church or elevate himself to a pulpit. Rather he humbly shared his thoughts on the Scriptures letting the Holy Spirit flow through him without ego or self promotion.

The ministry's purpose is to distribute materials on practical spiritual growth, especially to people in the world who may lack the accessibility or resources to obtain these materials. Russell always thought it imperative that these materials be distributed without charge, that the ministry remain debt-free, and that at no time would there be active solicitation for funds. Rather the ministry has always relied upon God to move people in various ways to provide for the monetary needs required by the ministry to meet these goals.

Contained within the pages of this website you will find more than 780 lessons written and spoken by Russell to small Bible study groups in his home over the course of several decades. In addition to audio and printed materials/transcripts for these lessons, you will also find a collection of books and poems authored by him.

The ministry does not charge for access to any of these materials and will provide you with both printed and physical copies of these materials upon request to the extent that such delivery is made possible by the generous contributions of those who choose to support the ministry of their own volition without solicitation.
